Fred Jacobs joined RWJ Hamilton in 2011 as vice president and general counsel. Fred directs the hospital's legal department, which oversees all legal issues related to contracts, corporate governance and regulatory affairs.
Prior to joining RWJ Hamilton, Fred was General Counsel for the New Jersey Hospital Association. He previously served as a general partner in the law firm Hodgson Russ in New York City where he chaired the Health and Governance Relations groups, and has extensive background working in the public sector, having served as the chief counsel to the Speaker of the New York Assembly.
