Symptoms may include:
- a strong, persistent urge to urinate
- a burning sensation when urinating
- passing frequent, small amounts of urine
- blood in the urine (hematuria) or cloudy, strong-smelling urine
- bacteria in the urine (bacteriuria)
Treatments may include:
- medication
- hospitalization (severe cases)
